COURSE NAME: Change Leadership for Business Transformation

The world is in a constant state of change. For businesses to stay relevant and succeed, people and businesses need to constantly change and transform. Transformation is not an option – it is a business imperative.

This course will equip leaders to lead transformation.

Participants will learn how to:
• Lead transformation
• Inspire constituents, stakeholders, and influencers
• Influence to mobilize the commitment of key stakeholders
• Involve and leverage stakeholders, influencers, and organization capabilities to make the change happen
• Implement the change by monitoring and measuring the success of the change

Each chapter is 20 minutes each with a two-question quiz. These questions are not for assessment but for learning reinforcement.
